This Disclaimer explains the nature and limitations of the BabaTik service available at https://babatik.us/.
1. General Information
BabaTik provides an online tool intended to process supported TikTok video links and make download options available through a web browser.
The functionality offered may depend on the submitted link, source availability, and technical capabilities of the service.
Feature descriptions should be read in the context of the actual options available when using the website.
2. Third-Party Independence
BabaTik is a third-party service and should not be presented as officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok unless a genuine authorised relationship exists.
TikTok and its associated names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Using a third-party platform's name to describe compatibility does not itself establish endorsement or partnership.
3. Availability and Technical Limitations
BabaTik does not guarantee that every video link can be processed successfully or that all formats and quality options will be available.
Technical issues, source changes, network conditions, and third-party dependencies may affect the results.
The service's actual limitations should be reflected in its feature descriptions.
4. Copyright and Permissions
Content available through TikTok may be protected by copyright or other legal rights.
Users are responsible for determining whether they have the necessary permission to download, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use content.
Downloading a video does not transfer its copyright or automatically authorise its reuse.
5. Third-Party Websites and Services
Links to third-party platforms or services may be provided for convenience or as part of the service workflow.
BabaTik does not control independent third-party websites and cannot guarantee their availability, content, or policies.
Users should review the applicable terms and privacy information of third-party services.
6. No Unverified Guarantees
Descriptions of features, quality, speed, availability and compatibility should not be interpreted as guarantees beyond what the actual service provides.
Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Updates
This Disclaimer may be updated to reflect changes to the service or applicable requirements.
The latest published version should display its effective date.
